TC was 2850, the electrical shifter from hi to ass lo was around 300 still have the standard shifters on the floor for the sync stuff
this not counting the drive shaft work, new one in the rear not sure of the front yet still tinkering with the hi steer.

Congrats. Nice transfer case and not that long compared to an atlas II and a Klune. How do you have the shifters set up? Three sticks or all cables?

Ah DC, I'll be much more prepared to get trashed there now! I put on the poison spyder tubes in the front with the flare extension...looks like dumbo the elephant will need to grind them off later....

Electrical from 1:1 to sloppy low, standard shifters for the syncs

I want my Atlas!!! I ordered it back in April for my birthday and I still don't have it. When I talked to the dealer dropping it it he told me that AA got a bad set of gears & I need to wait a few mor weeks until I get it.
I'm happy for you, I'll just stare at you pics for a while

Well the rear drive shaft is going to be a small issue. Well go some high clearance yokes and a little strap up of the ax. Picture is ax at full drop hanging on to 9600 rancho shocks, After reviewing on Solid Works the strap up maybe about 4 to 6 inches. Not considering engine lift or stretch limo to make do.

On the other hand the Hi steer and Ram steering is taking a bit more time. The track bar bracket was moved 6 inches to the rear, the ax moved 1 inch to the front. What was accomplished was a hole on top of the ax for the ram. Though lost the cross over steer no biggie. Ended up trashing the complete cross over steer.

Sway connections oh well for now will be disconnect and floppy. Waiting on Full Traction Rok n Lok to be released soon.

Toys...umm I had the atlas 3:8:1 really liked it good all around but a little rough in the rocks. This atlas in creepy low and trans in second gives about 6:1 which is pretty cool.
and I still have the 3:8:1

Yeah, but with your buggy's engine, tires, exc... and your hammer down style, I'd guess you'll be fine.

Maybe if you remove the 3.8 you can fit in a longer driveshaft.

Finally on all fours and get to test it. Half way through some boulders and messing around lost the electrical shift to so low.
Ended up a bad wire connector. Oh it so slooow!

Ram Assist work great also

Good to go season starts soon!

Your front fenders look a lot like FJ40 fenders at the angle of your jeep in the pic. I think they look good there, they must look funky from the front, as you stated.

thats the one thing i dont like about the 4 speed, the electrical engagment crap... I like to keep my stuff as simple as possible... Just another thing to go wrong, fry, come loose, etc...

I went with the electrical easier install. Could have gone cable.
